Make sure that you have followed the instructions in that e-mail to verify your
email address and account, since you won't be able to login until you have
verified your e-mail address.
Cookies and firewall issues:
The system looks up your email and password and
then sets a cookie on your machine to let us know that you are logged in. If
the cookie can't be set then you get a Member-Only page that asks you to login
again. That means that we need to be sure that the firewall settings and
browser settings allow this to happen. (this is the most common cause of
Stuck Cookies issues:
Sometimes a bad cookie will get "stuck." The
best way to clear up this problem is to clear the cookies entirely and then
restart your machine and try to log in again. Details on removing cookies can
